"I love powerful men with oversized egos..." M. Bison muttered to himself with smirk. It felt a bit strange moving around this new universe. Things are slightly different here.
Omega Rugal, the man who activated his full power in a desperate attempt to thwart his opponent, self-exploded into a massive ball of energy. The influx of such a huge energy surge tore rifts between worlds.
M. Bison was the first to notice the energy signature and seized the opportunity when the rift opened before him. It didn't take him long to occupy Rugal's fortress as his own. Sensing that his psychic powers were still not stable in this world, Bison knew that he needed to form a new army from scratch... and some old tricks from home still worked in this new realm he wished to rule.
One drone soon became two, two became four... and now he marked his fifth capture.
"The drones here are much more sadistic", Bison silently observed as the drone formerly known as Whip tortured her latest victim. "I sense this universe is teeming with drone candidates."
Bison's eyes lit with lust driven psychic energies.
