Doctor Doom had had enough. These two heroes kept on foiling all of his plans. Thus, he dealt with them once and for all. Not by killing them, no. That would have been too easy. Doom ended their heroic careers by keeping them alive, locked up in the cells under his castle forever, never again letting them see the light of day.
The world will move on, as will Doom himself, but never again will these two upstarts leave their cells or see another human being. His servants will take care of them, of course, but he and the rest of the world will soon forget the names of Ms. Marvel and Squirrel Girl...
