Today we will be testing the new "Kinetic Inertial Nanite Cuff System" or KINC System for short. The weapon fires small nanite-filled cartridges at the subject, releasing a cloud of nanites.
Holding the trigger down activates the targeting laser. The nanites will zero in on the subject and will start restraining them. As long as the subject is painted by the laser, the system will continue to add restraints. The subject will remain bound until the release signal is sent from the hand set, which is bio-metrically controlled from the hand set.
Our volunteers for testing today are S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Natasha Romanova and Bobbi Morse.
Starting test number 69: restraining two live targets with two devices.
Natasha and Bobbi started running. The testers raised their weapons and fired. The cartridges landed perfectly on the targets and the nanite clouds followed the lasers right towards the running agents.
Agent Romanova was caught mid-stride by the nanites. They quickly formed a cuff around her right ankle and connected it to one around her thigh. Falling to the ground and rolling on upright with her back against the wall, Black Widow's left leg received the same treatment. Next, the cloud formed cuffs around her wrists and forced them both behind her back and under her body.
Bobbie was not doing any better. The nanites had bound her wrists together over her head as she was reaching for her batons, connecting them to a harness wrapped tightly around her chest. Mockingbird slumped up against a wall as the cloud of tiny machines bound her ankles to her thighs.
Meanwhile, Natasha tried using her "widow’s bite" to free herself. Bobbie had the same idea, activating the stun feature on one of her batons. The electrical shocks ripped through the nanite clouds... and well as their bodies. The shocks also overloaded the KINC System, causing it to rapidly add more restraints to the bound agents.
By the time the S.H.I.E.L.D techs stopped the KINC System, both agents were very tightly bound and gagged.
Natasha's legs received additional cuffs above and below her knees, binding her legs tighter together. Her elbows were cuffed together and touching behind her back, the elbow cuff connected to a tight chest harness with an attached collar. Further restricting her movement, the wrists cuffs had connected to a crotch harness. Natasha’s protests were reduced to muffled moans by the large panel gag filling her mouth and sealing her lips around a large ball.
Bobbie’s legs were similar bound, with cuffs holding her ankles against her thighs with more restraints just above and below the knees. Cuffs above and below kept her arms folded in half. The wrist cuffs pulled her arms over her head as they connected to a chest harness that now extended down between her legs. A thick, tall collar and a muzzle gag reduced Bobbie’s protests to little more then muffled grunts and groans.
Their uniforms had also been partly dissolved by a body cavity search protocol, but what got the two agents the most upset was the tech informing them that it would take several hours to activate the reboot and KINC System reset needed to set them free.
